The Continuous Improvement Program is structured to act on metrics to develop best practices. Rosebank Engineering Australia has continued and expanded its commitment to the Continuous Improvement Program which was formally recognised by AusIndustry at the 2014 Defence & Industry Conference. Rosebank’s enthusiasm and hard work has achieved recognised and marked performance improvements.
Rosebank’s commitment to the Continuous Improvement Program seeks to
- Follow up on regular feedback from our customers
- Improve delivery times
- Improve product quality and conformity
- Improve internal processes that affect us achieving
these program objectives
Thomas Gehring states “Rosebank has recently re-structured its organisation to provide an increased emphasis to the Continuous Improvement Program and a more compelling focus on adding value to our customer’s goals.
